Each Gift Box will be carefully packaged inside Mithi & Co.’s The New Balikbayan Box for a unique unboxing experience for your recipient.

We will write your name on The New Balikbayan Box itself! Because we will be updating you of the status of the order as well as its ETA, we also ask that you inform your recipient once you receive a delivery schedule from us. This ensures that someone will be available to receive the package.

Absolutely! We offer gift consultations for bulk orders and custom Gift Box requirements. Mithi & Co. can do a call or virtual meeting on weekdays by appointment. Contact us at connect@shopmithi.com.

Mithi & Co. online shop is open 24/7. Our team works on weekdays from 9:00am - 5:00pm (PST).

We accept the following payment options: VISA & Mastercard credit cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal or PayMonggo.

ORDER AND SHIPPING


We currently only ship to addresses within the Philippines from our website. Unfortunately, we do not ship food/perishable items outside Metro Manila for now.

Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and invoice.

Yes! There are no hidden/additional shipping charges upon checkout.

We know that you’re excited for this sweet surprise, and we are too! Please see the lead time indicated in each product page. All information that you need should be there.

We process orders on weekdays, with a cut-off at 3pm. Orders that we settle after the cut-off period will be processed the following working day.


Due to COVID-19, we will be following protocols set by different Local Government Units when it comes to logistics scheduling. In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events that may affect our Brand Partners’ shipping services, your shipment may be delayed. We do our very best to make sure your shipment delivers on time but once it leaves our Brand Partners’ stores, the care of your package is in the hands of their shipping carrier. Mithi & Co. will not be responsible for carrier delays, or lost or stolen items.

Please note: We reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions if we are out of stock on an item. We will make every effort to contact you to approve the substitution ahead of time, but if we don’t hear from you, we will make an appropriate item swap in the interest of getting your gift out the door in a timely manner.

LOGISTICS


As a gift sender, you automatically will receive shipment and tracking information when your gift is out for shipment. We will also be sending your recipient the tracking link via text to ensure that someone is available to accept the package. Don’t worry though, your gift will remain a surprise until they open the package in person!

For orders within Metro Manila, recipients can receive their gifts within 1 to 3 working days. For orders outside Metro Manila, allow 7 to 10 working days.

All sales are final. Due to the customized nature and exclusivity of our gift box, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. We’re confident that the gift you will purchase will delight your recipient. 

Should an item arrive damaged, we’ll be happy to replace them at our expense.

Gift Cards


Gift Cards do not expire and can be used for any purchase on shopmithi.com.

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Yes, you can redeem multiple gift cards during checkout.
